Expense Management Process

Bell & Watson first began offering telecom expense audits nearly two decades ago.  What we discovered along the way was that other functional areas had similar problems.  Today, our 6 step process that has helped save millions in telecom expenses, is now being used across multiple area of the enterprise client.

Data Collection

Long before the AI craze had everyone talking about "Large Language Models" or "Data Lakes," we figured out how to collect meaningful data, and bring it into our systems.

Data Analysis

Having access to meaningful data allows us to begin gaining actionable insights into our clients' unique situation.  

Benchmarking

There are other expense management firms who understand and practice data collection and analysis.  It is in benchmarking that we truly begin to distinguish ourselves, as contract rates vary over time, over geography, and even over industry.
